Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008

Amendment of section 21 of Act of 1927.

11.— Section 21 of the Act of 1927 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting “not”, and

(b) in subsection (2), by substituting “Subject to subsection (1), in” for “In”.
