Definitions.

2.— In this Part—

“ Act of 2006 ” means the Social Welfare Law Reform and Pensions Act 2006 ;

“ Act of 2007 ” means the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2007 ;

“ Principal Act ” means the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 .
