National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Share Transfer) Order 2007

I, Noel Dempsey, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No.7 of 2007), hereby make the following order:

1.        This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Share Transfer) Order 2007.

2.        The Irish National Petroleum Corporation shall, on the share transfer day, transfer, at book value, the share owned by it in the National Oil Reserves Agency Limited to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.

This Order directs the Irish National Petroleum Corporation to transfer, on the share transfer day, its shareholding in the National Oil Reserves Agency to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
