(Commencement) Order 2007

I, Brian Cowen, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4(3) of the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2006 (No. 32 of 2006) hereby order as follows:

1.      This Order may be cited as the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2.      The day appointed as the day on which the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2006 (No. 32 of 2006) comes into operation is 19 January 2007.
