Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007

Amendment of section 53 of Principal Act.

9.— Section 53 (as amended by item 57 of Part 6 of Schedule 7 to the Health Act 2004 ) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting “or school age service” after “pre-school service”.
