Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006

Definitions.

2.— In this Act—

“ Act of 1976 ” means the Gas Act 1976 ;

“ Act of 1999 ” means the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 ;

“ Act of 2001 ” means the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act 2001 ;

“ Minister” means the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
