Amendment of Schedule to Bail Act 1997.

79.— The Schedule to the Bail Act 1997 is amended by the insertion of the following after paragraph 28:

“Organised Crime.

28A.— An offence under section 71 , 72 or 73 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006.”.
