Amendment of section 21 of Firearms Act 1964.

56.— Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1964 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the insertion of “or ammunition” after “firearms” and “firearm”, where they first occur, and

(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (2):

“(3) In this section, “ammunition” does not include—

(a) component parts of ammunition, or

(b) grenades, bombs and other similar missiles or their component parts.”.
