Amendment of section 1(1) of Act of 2003. |
39.— Section 1(1) of the Act of 2003 is amended— | |
(a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of “employer”: | ||
“ ‘foreign national’ means a non-national (within the meaning of the Immigration Act 1999 );”, | ||
and | ||
(b) by deleting the definition of “non-national”. |
