S.I. No. 507/2005 - Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2005

I, MARY HANAFIN, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 53 (2) of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (No. 30 of 2004), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (Commencement Order 2005.

2.  The 14th day of July 2005 is appointed as the day on which sections 1 , 2 , 14 (1)(a), 14 (1)(c), 14 (2) to 14(4), 19 to 37 , 40 to 44 , and 50 to 53 of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (No. 30 of 2004) comes into operation.
