Coroners (Amendment) Act 2005

Short title, collective citation and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2005.

(2) The Coroners Act 1962 and this Act may be cited together as the Coroners Acts 1962 and 2005 and shall be construed together as one Act.
