Amendment of Planning and Development Act 2000. |
42.—The Planning and Development Act 2000 is amended at section 165 in the definition of “development agency” by substituting “the Grangegorman Development Agency, a local authority or such other person as may be prescribed by the Minister for the purposes of this Part;” for “a local authority or such other persons as may be prescribed by the Minister for the purposes of this Part;”. |
