Pending legal proceedings.

15.—Where, immediately before the establishment day, any legal proceedings to which the Dormant Accounts Fund Disbursements Board is a party are pending, the name of the Dormant Accounts Board shall be substituted in the proceedings for the name of Dormant Accounts Fund Disbursements Board and the proceedings shall not abate because of the substitution.
