Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act 2005

Interpretation.

2.—In this Act—

“Act of 1994” means the Criminal Justice Act 1994 ;

“Act of 1996” means the Criminal Assets Bureau Act 1996 ;

“Act of 2001” means the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2001 ;

“Principal Act” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 1996 .
