S.I. No. 111/2004 - Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 (2) of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 6 of 2004), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 29th day of March 2004 is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 2 , 3 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 and 20 of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 6 of 2004) shall come into operation.

This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

The Order commences sections 2 , 3 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 and 20 of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 6 of 2004) with effect from 29 March 2004.
