Dissolution of Certain Health Bodies and the Transfer of their Functions and Employees, etc., to the Executive

Definitions (Part 10).

56.—In this Part “specified body” means—

(a) the health boards,

(b) the Eastern Regional Health Authority,

(c) the Area Health Boards,

(d) the Hospital Bodies Administrative Bureau,

(e) the Health Boards Executive,

(f) the General Medical Services (Payments) Board,

(g) the Health Service Employers Agency, and

(h) the Interim Health Service Executive.
