Maritime Security Act 2004

Amendment of Bail Act 1997.

12.—The Schedule to the Bail Act 1997 is amended by inserting the following after paragraph 22:

“Maritime security offences

22A.—Any offence under section 2 of the Maritime Security Act 2004.”.
