S.I. No. 712/2003 - Ombudsman For Children Act, 2002 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order 2003

I, Micheál Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Ombudsman for Children Act, 2002 (No. 22 of 2002) hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman for Children Act, 2002 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order, 2004.

2.       The day of 18 December, 2003 is appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Ombudsman for Children Act (No. 22 of 2002) comes into operation.
