S.I. No. 278/2003 - Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003

I Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 39 and 63 of the Abattoirs Act 1988 (No. 8 of 1988) hereby make the following Regulations—

1.         These Regulations may be cited as the Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003.

2.         The Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 153 of 2003 ) and the Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 182 of 2003 are revoked.

These Regulations revoke The Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 153 of 2003 ) and the Abattoirs Act 1988> (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 2 Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 182 of 2003 ).
