Amendment of section 14 of Act of 1992.

12.—Section 14(1) of the Act of 1992 is amended—

(a) by deleting “or” after paragraph (d),

(b) by substituting in paragraph (e) “development, or” for “development.”, and

(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (e):

“(f) by such other means as may be prescribed.”.
