Definitions.

4.—In this Act—

“Act of 1992” means the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 ;

“Act of 1996” means the Waste Management Act 1996 ;

“Act of 1997” means the Litter Pollution Act 1997 ;

“Minister” means the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
