Amendment of Human Rights Commission Act 2000.

7.— The Human Rights Commission Act 2000 is hereby amended in section 11, by the substitution in subsection (3)(b) for “such force;” of:

“such force, and

(c) the rights, liberties and freedoms conferred on, or guaranteed to, persons by the Convention provisions within the meaning of the European Convention on Human Rights Act 2003;”.
