Repeals.

7.—The following provisions of the Principal Act are repealed:

(a) section 25(1)(b) and (d) and section 35,

(b) Chapter 3 of Part 5 (sections 39 to 43),

(c) section 217(1)(c), and

(d) Schedule 9.
