S.I. No. 655/2002 — Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in “Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th February, 2009.

I, JOE JACOB, Minister of State at the Department of Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (No. 2 of 2002), and the Public Enterprise (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 113 of 2002 ), with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002.

2. The 1st day of May 2002 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (No. 2 of 2002).

The Minister for Finance concurs in the making of the foregoing Order.
