S.I. No. 617/2002 - National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (2) of the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (No. 29 of 2002), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002.

2.       The 1st day of January 2003 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (No. 29 of 2002).
