S.I. No. 401/2002 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State At The Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2002

WHEREAS the Taoiseach has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2002.

2.   Carl Gibney, of 109 Rathlin House, Custom House Square, Dublin 1 is appointed as Special Adviser to Mary Hanafin, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with effect from 6 June 2002.
