S.I. No. 269/2002 — Air Pollution Act 1987 (Commencement) Order 2002

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Air Pollution Act 1987 (No. 6 of 1987) hereby orders as follows: -

Citation

1  This Order may be cited as the Air Pollution Act 1987 (Commencement) Order 2002.

Definitions

2  In this Order, “the Act” means the Air Pollution Act 1987 (No. 6 of 1987).

Commencement

3  Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Act shall come into operation on 17 June 2002.
