S.I. No. 131/2002 - Valuation Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2002

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2002.

2.  The 2nd day of May 2002, is appointed as the date on which the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) comes into operation.
