Amendment of European Union (Scrutiny) Act, 2002.

2.— Section 1 (1) of the European Union (Scrutiny) Act, 2002 , is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (d) of the definition of “measure” of “subsections 6° or 8° of section 4 of Article 29” for “Article 29.4.6°”.
