S.I. No. 513/2001 - Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (Section 32(1)(B)(I)) (Commencement) Order, 2001

I, Micheál Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (1)(b) of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (No. 23 of 1993), as adapted by the Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 308 of 1997 ), and after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (Section 32(1)(b)(i)) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2.       The 1^st day of November, 2001, is fixed as the day on which section 32 (1)(b)(i) of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (No. 23 of 1993), shall come into operation.
