S.I. No. 307/2001 - Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) (No. 1) Order, 2001

I, Michael Woods, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No. of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.       This order may be cited as the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) (No. 1) Order, 2001.

2.       The day 6th of July, 2001, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 8 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No. of 2001), shall come into operation.
