S.I. No. 232/2001 - Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001

I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 13 (3) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No.11 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2.   The 31st day of May, 2001 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No.11 of 2001) shall come into operation.
