Exclusive licences.

77.—(1) In this Act, an “exclusive licence” means a licence authorising the licensee, to the exclusion of all other persons including the person granting the licence, to use a registered design in the manner authorised by the licence and references in this Act to “exclusive licensee” shall be construed accordingly.

(2) An exclusive licensee has the same rights against a successor in title who is bound by the licence as the exclusive licensee has against the person granting the licence.
