Amendment of section 96 of Principal Act.

23.—Section 96(1) of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of—

(a) “eighteenth” for “seventeenth” in paragraph (a), and

(b) “7 a.m.” for “8 a.m.” in paragraph (b).
