In subsection (10) of section 54, in the final sentence, delete the words “and the said secretary shall be entitled to such payment for each certificate”.

In subsection (1) of section 10, substitute “required in accordance with section 102 (3) of the Local Government Act, 2001,” for “required by section 9(1) of the Act of 1955”.

In subsections (2)(a) and (3)(b)(ii) of section 10, substitute “ section 103 (7)(b)(i) of the Local Government Act, 2001,” for “section 10(4)(c) of the Act of 1955”.

In subsection (3)(b)(i) of section 10, substitute “ section 101 (1) of the Local Government Act, 2001” for “section 26(1) of the Local Government Act, 1946 ”.
