Amendment of Act of 1961.

5.—Section 42(2) of the Act of 1961 is amended—

(a) in paragraph (k), by the substitution of “such fees;” for “such fees.”, and

(b) by the addition of the following paragraph after paragraph (k):

“(l) the fees to be paid in respect of the grant of a driving licence.”.
