I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Public Enterprise, in the exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (No. 27 of 2000) , hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000. |
||||||||
|
2. The 20th day of September, 2000, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (No. 27 of 2000) , shall come into operation. |
