S.I. No. 129/2000 - Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 5(5)) Order, 2000

I, Michael Woods, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 5 (5) of the Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 20 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1.     (1) This Order may be cited as the Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 5(5)) Order, 2000.

(2) This order shall come into operation on 12^th May 2000.

2.     Paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) of Section 4 (1) of the Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 29 of 1994) shall apply to the Institute of Technology, Blanchardstown.
