Amendment of Schedule to Bail Act, 1997.

8.—The Schedule to the Bail Act, 1997 , is hereby amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph 27:

“27A. Any offence under section 2 of the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act, 2000.”.
