S.I. No. 345/1999 - Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 (3) and 18 (4) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), and with the agreement of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.

2. Regulation 2(b) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) Regulations, 1998 ( S.I. No. 350 of 1998 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for “Ms Rady Redmond” of “Mr. Tony McGrath”.
