S.I. No. 213/1999 — Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999

I, MARY O'ROURKE, T.D., Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (No. 23 of 1999), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 14th day of July, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (No. 23 of 1999), shall come into operation.
