S.I. No. 144/1999 - Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in the exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 8 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 24th day of May, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 8 of 1999), shall come into operation.
