S.I. No. 81/1999 - Health Contributions (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.
The Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 10 of the Health Contributions Act, 1979 (No. 4 of 1979) (as adapted by the Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997) (S.I. 308 of 1997), hereby makes the following Regulations:— | ||||||||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Contributions (Amendment) Regulations, 1999. | ||||||||
2. (a) Article 9 of the Health Contributions Regulations, 1979 (S.I. 107 of 1979), is amended by the substitution of “forty-six” for “twenty-five”; | ||||||||
(b) Article 10 of the Health Contributions (Amendment) Regulations, 1979 (S.I. 107 of 1979), is amended by the substitution of “forty-six” for “nine”. | ||||||||

The Minister for Finance sanctions the above Regulations. | ||||||||

These Regulations amend the Health Contributions Regulations, 1979 to provide for: | ||||||||
the extension of the time limits for an employer to furnish all necessary documentation related to health contributions to both the Collector General and each employee to 46 days. |
