S.I. No. 44/1999 - Irish Red Cross Society (Amendment) Order, 1999.


The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 of the Red Cross Act 1938 (No. 32 of 1938), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Irish Red Cross Society (Amendment) Order, 1999.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 9th day of February, 1999.

2. Paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Irish Red Cross Society Order, 1939 ( S.R.&O., No. 206 of 1939 ), is hereby revoked.
