ICC Bank Act, 1999

Short title and construction.

9.—(1) This Act may be cited as the ICC Bank Act, 1999.

(2) The ACC Bank Acts, 1978 to 1996, and section 6 shall be construed together and may be cited together as the ACC Bank Acts, 1978 to 1999.
