Repeal of other enactments.

22.—The following enactments are hereby repealed:

(a) section 79 (3)(a) of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (as substituted by the Act of 1997);

(b) section 8 (1) of the Courts (No. 2) Act, 1986 ;

(c) section 11 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1993 .
