Criminal Justice (Location of Victims' Remains) Act, 1999

Short title and commencement.

14.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Location of Victims' Remains) Act, 1999.

(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister may, after consultation with the Secretary of State, by order appoint.
