I, Mary O'Rourke. T.D. Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1998. |
||
|
2. The 11th day of September, 1998 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), shall come into operation. |
||
