CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 55 (1)) ORDER, 1998

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 55 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 55 (1)) Order, 1998.

2. The Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Singapore and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam are hereby designated for the purposes of section 55 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
