Repeals. |
23.—The following are hereby repealed: |
|
|
(a) the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgments (European Communities) Act, 1988 ; |
||
|
(b) the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgments Act, 1993 ; |
||
|
(c) sections 7 (7) and 9 to 12 of the Act of 1994. |
